Produced from September 15, 1986 to September 23, 1987 this TV show of episodes of 10 minutes each, was based on the My Little Pony toy line released by Hasbro. It was launched the same year that My Little Pony: The Movie came to theaters everywhere. They live in Ponyland a land with all kinds of magical creatures. The Little Ponies make their home in Paradise Estate, living a peaceful life filled with song and games. The ponies Gusty, Shady, Lickety-Split and others joined forces with the Bushwoolies and Spike the pink dragon to keep Dream Valley safe from witches, trolls and the other evil creatures that also inhabit Ponyland and who would like to see the Little Ponies destroyed.
